Niger Innis

Advisory Board Member

Niger Innis was born and raised in Harlem, New York. He is the National Spokesperson for the Congress of Racial Equality (CORE) and executive director of TeaPartyFwd.com, and a political consultant. He was also a former MSNBC commentator. Niger is no stranger to politics and sustains leaderships roles as conservative political activist and community organizer. His involvement includes but is not limited to; Co-Chairman of the Affordable Power Alliance (APA), a coalition of Latino and African American ministerial organizations; Senior Citizen Advocates, which fights against public policies that raise energy costs. Niger attended Georgetown University, where he majored in political science. Niger currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Rochelle Conner

Advisory Board Member

Rochelle Conner is a wife and mother of two children, business owner and educator. In addition, Rochelle is an ordained minister, following the steps of her father who was a pastor and military veteran of the Vietnam War. She has been active in politics and ministry for more than 25 years. Rochelle has been an instrumental figure in the faith community by encouraging them to engage in party politics. Rochelle is a strong advocate for faith and politics coexisting, her beliefs sparked authorship of her book, Why God Cares about Politics. Rochelle’s vision is simple, a vibrant increased diverse society that allows access for Black Americans to advance in political office. In Rochelle’s downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren, and great grandchild.

Diante Johnson

Advisory Board Member

Diante Johnson is founder and president of the Black Conservative Federation (BCF). Under his leadership, BCF has evolved from a political networking group for black conservatives to an organization focused on political advocacy, outreach, and engagement. A native of Chicago and longtime resident of Danville, IL, Diante ran for his first political office at the age of 19. A few months later, he served as Illinois’ 15th Congressional Delegate for then-presidential candidate, Dr. Ben Carson. He has both advised and worked on a number of state and local campaigns, most recently serving as North Carolina’s Regional Field Director with the Donald J. Trump for President campaign. Along with his multiple appearances on Fox News and CNN, op-eds in the Washington Examiner and the Daily Caller, Diante has been recognized as Newsmax and Red Alert Politics’ Most Influential “30 Under 30”.

Rob Smith

Advisory Board Member

Rob Smith served for five years in the United States Army as an Infantryman and deployed to both Kuwait and Iraq, earning the Army Commendation Medal and Combat Infantry Badge in the process. He is also political analyst who is a contributor for Turning Point USA, an advocacy group for young conservatives. Rob is a speaker and advocate of social issues and equal rights. Rob uses his voice to champion on behalf of minority communities and groups. Rob is a believer that more young people should consider joining the conservative movement to truly impact change at a national level. He holds an M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University.
